Description
The parts of the Outlook window are explained in an introduction. The various options for setting the screen according to the user's preferences are also discussed. Some important program settings are also covered.
In a first chapter, we cover all aspects of email: creating, sending, reading, responding, forwarding and retrieving messages. The different ways to add attachments are also discussed. The numerous shipping options are discussed and analysed in detail. Various tips on how to write effective emails are discussed. An automatic signature is also created.
Next, the management of the mailbox is discussed: various techniques are taught to have an overview of the various Outlook items and to manage them via a personal archive. In this second part, we will further discuss techniques for keeping a mailbox organized.
Audience
This course is intended for all PC users who want to efficiently email others and want to manage their personal information in a clear and structured way.
Basic knowledge of the Windows interface is required.
