Do you want to get started with product management in a fast-moving team based on Scrum? Or maybe you want to understand more about storymapping and product management and more?

The successful application of Scrum leads to projects that are delivered with maximum results with minimal effort in time and budget. Successfully implementing Scrum starts with a good Scrum Master and Product Owner.

This two-day training lets you take the first step towards being this Scrum Product Owner. Here we will work to understand the Scrum approach and explain the product management perspective. Next, we'll discuss important topics such as product vision, storymapping, product management, release planning, value-driven development and requirements management. Of course, we would be happy to prepare you for Scrum.org's PSPO I certificate.

The process consists of 2 training days that are organized consecutively each time. Here, the theory is provided so that you can get started as a Product Owner.
