Description
This training is a comprehensive introduction to MS PowerPoint. First, we get to know the PowerPoint work screen thoroughly: the various views and default settings. We'll explore the DIA model and its various layouts. The purpose of this: to make standard presentations smoothly. All elements of the DIA model are covered here: the basic design of the presentation, the text layout, the insertion of graphic objects, images and shapes, the header and footer. We use the latest features such as zoom, design ideas and 3D models.
Once the DIA model has been set up, we learn to save our presentation as a standard file presentation, or as a template to be used afterwards as the basis of a new presentation. In addition, we are looking at the possibilities of providing existing presentations with one or more DIA models.
We will continue to create new slides step by step and gradually learn a number of basic principles: compressing images, entering text efficiently,...
Then we enrich the presentation with graphic objects: tables, graphs, organization charts and other objects. We show that MS Excel can be a source of graphs or tables for this purpose.
Before presenting the slideshow, we give a professional, dynamic look to our presentation with transitions between, and animations within slides.
We conclude with an overview of PowerPoint's print management and page settings
