Description

This course teaches you how to use the Office 365 cloud environment as a fully fledged collaboration platform. On completion, participants will be familiar with OneDrive for Business, Teams and SharePoint. They will learn how to communicate in a content-driven way, collaborate online and work simultaneously on shared documents within a single chat session.

The course begins with a brief overview of MS Office 365, after which we explore OneDrive for Business and Teams in detail. Participants learn to use Teams in combination with other applications, together with the integration of Teams and SharePoint.

We then take a closer look at working together in other MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams): simultaneously editing documents and sharing the same document in a chat session.

Through practical use cases, we clarify which application works best in which context.

Audience

This course is aimed at users who want to build the rich capabilities of MS Office 365 into their communication and collaboration.

Prerequisites

  • A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • A basic understanding of Office 365 is also required.
