Description
Lean and Six Sigma are buzzwords in many companies today. But what does it really mean? What do you do when you say I do/am Lean?
During this training, we will provide answers to these questions and more. This is because we will discuss the Lean and Six-Sigma approach and how to use this in projects and processes to put improvements first. To put quality and satisfaction first, to work in an improvement-oriented way and much more.
The training itself was designed using the Lean and Six-Sigma approach: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. This way, you will learn about the different approaches using practical examples and experiences.
Afterwards, you are ready to supervise projects and processes yourself using this approach. As well as demonstrating your progress via success factors.
