Audience
This training is an excellent starting point for anyone who wants to become familiar with ITIL and IT environment management. Whether you work at a help desk yourself, develop software, or do another task in IT. Knowing and being able to use ITIL is always an added value.
If the knowledge alone is not sufficient, this training also prepares you for the ITIL Foundation exam.
Prior knowledge
Specific prior knowledge is not required. However, experience in an ITIL environment is a plus.
Methods
The process consists of 2 consecutive training days. Here, the theory is provided so that you can get started with ITIL4 to manage your IT environment.
We recommend that you prepare each lesson properly so that the lessons meet the needs of each participant.
