About Multimedi
Who we are, what we do and who we do it for.
What does Multimedi do?
Multimedi runs digital skills training for teams inside organisations. Three areas: AI, Microsoft 365, and IT expertise such as cloud, cybersecurity, networking and programming.
There are three ways to learn: classroom training for a group, digital coaching by the half hour, and e-learning at your own pace. They are used separately or together.
How long has Multimedi been around?
More than twenty years. Over 18,000 people have taken a course in that time, and the network counts more than a hundred trainers and coaches. The legal name is Multimedi BV, company number 0637.903.276.
Where are you based?
Two offices: Grauwmeer 1, 3001 Leuven and Belpairestraat 39, 2006 Berchem. The courses themselves take place at the client's site, anywhere in Belgium.
Who do you work for?
For organisations: companies, government, healthcare and education. There is no open calendar for individual sign-ups. A group is made up of people from the same organisation.
Are you a Microsoft Learning Partner?
No. The range does include courses that prepare for a Microsoft exam: Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) and Transact-SQL (DP-080).

Which courses there are and what they cover.
Which courses do you run?
Over ninety trainings across nine subject areas: Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft 365, Data and Automation, Programming, Agile and Management, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking and Web technology.
See the full range, with the duration, the level and the programme for every training.
What do you offer around AI?
The AI range runs from AI Fluency, covering the four skills of delegating, describing, judging and accounting for, through working sessions on Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot and a session for managers, to building with the Claude API and connecting your own systems through MCP for developers.
We work with the AI tools the client already uses.
Can we get a course tailored to us?
Yes. A programme starts with an intake, and the content follows from it. The sessions use the client's own files, processes and examples.
What is digital coaching?
Someone books 30 or 60 minutes in a coach's diary and describes their question when booking. In the session they share their screen and work together in their own file. If something needs more digging, the answer follows by email after the session.
Two formats: per session, or a fixed number of hours per month with a dedicated coach who also spends half days at the office. The second format includes a monthly report of recurring questions.
Do you prepare people for certifications?
Part of the range prepares for an official exam: PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner, ITIL4 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CompTIA, Cisco CCNA and the Microsoft exams. The rest is hands-on and does not work towards an exam.
Practical
Where, how long, how many and in which language.
Where does the training take place?
At the client's site, or online. Participants work on their own laptop and in their own environment.
How many people can take part?
2 to 12 participants per group. Above that, several groups are scheduled.
How long does a training take?
From 2 hours to several days. Most of the range takes half a day or a day; certification programmes run up to six days. The duration is listed with every training.
In which languages do you teach?
Dutch, French or English.
Who runs the training?
One trainer throughout a programme, from a network of more than a hundred trainers and coaches. Who it is gets decided at the intake.
Price and requests
What it costs and how to get a proposal.
What does a training cost?
The price is per group and not per participant: four participants cost the same as twelve. The price depends on the duration, the number of sessions and whether coaching is included.
There is no price list on this site. Every request gets a quote.
How do I request a proposal?
In four ways.
How does a programme run?
In four steps. Intake: how the organisation works today, and where it wants to go. Activate: sessions in its own tools and tasks. Translate to the work: use cases from its own practice. Embed: digital coaching after the sessions.
What do you do with our data?
We use the details from a request to handle the question and send a proposal.
