Description

Participants get insight into how Copilote works and where it is already available today.

Then, participants learn how to write good prompts. We work with a tried and tested formula (goal + context + tone of voice) and provide many examples of prompts that work and don't work. Participants write their own prompts based on their own work context and receive immediate feedback.

Then we'll get to work practically with the Copilot integrations in Word, Excel and Outlook. Think of summarizing and rewriting texts, automatically composing e-mails, or analyzing data in Excel. The exercises are realistic and based on familiar scenarios.

We also cover the applications in PowerPoint (automatically creating slides, rewriting content) and Teams/Loop (minutes, action points, brainstorms with AI). Each participant develops their own AI use case, tailored to their own tasks or processes.

Finally, together, we will reflect on how Copilot can be integrated into the daily operations of the team or organization in a sustainable way. We also discuss the limits of AI, such as bias, reliability, and ethics.
‍
After the training, participants can:

  • Understand Copilot's role and operation in Microsoft 365.
  • Formulate strong prompts that deliver better results.
  • Working smarter with AI in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Dealing critically with AI output and assessing reliability.
  • Realize concrete time savings by automating repetitive tasks.

‍

Audience

Copilot-licensed employees, primarily employees and executives with their own laptops who actively use Microsoft 365 applications. They are looking for clear, practical tools to better understand Copilot and use them efficiently in their daily work.
