Description
The parts of the Outlook window are explained in an introduction. The various options for setting the screen according to the user's preferences are also discussed. Some important program settings are also covered.
The Calendar is extensively discussed: both the creation of appointments, meetings and events are discussed. Each student will be able to fill in and change their agenda. Its printing options are discussed, as well as how to adjust the display and schedule meetings. Consulting and (possibly) managing a colleague's agenda is also covered. Setting rights and permissions for this is discussed and practiced.
Tasks are then created, modified and made available in the calendar. The recurrence and assign options are discussed and explored. Specific attention is paid to the combined use of the Calendar and the Tasks.
